The program begins with a preliminary health analysis (including BMI) and awareness. Participants then engage in multiple coaching and practice sessions across the 5 dimensions of health, led by specialized trainers in each area. Over the following weeks, the assessment and extended training sessions continue, gradually guiding participants toward self-sufficiency in health and lifestyle management. The program concludes with personalized recommendations, along with printed materials for their subsequent self-practice.

You may use our follow-up services (one hour sessions in a month) after a few months, but it may not be required in most of the cases.

No, You just follow the packed health practices of Slim-Me-Go from five verticals (Nutritional, Physical, Mental, Behavioral, and General). It encompasses a balanced diet, regular exercise, behavioral management, general health principles from ayurveda and naturopathy, good lifestyle practices and routines (such as adequate sleep, water intake, basic yoga practices, hygiene, etc).

Our program and costs are one-time only (one-month duration/4 weeks, with 1-hour sessions each). We offer sustainable health services at the lowest cost compared to the recurring monthly expenses for basic-level trainers in physical workouts and dietary guidance (including membership fees), which start from Rs. 25,000 per month or higher at a standard gym or nutritional clinic. Personalized programs with tailored workout and diet plans that focus on individual needs and goals can further increase costs, depending on the trainer's advanced certifications and extensive experience. The amount you typically spend every month (or bi-monthly or quarterly) on other alternatives, is enough to spend only once on our program.
