We emphasize a balanced diet combined with mindful eating practices, focusing on whole, unprocessed foods rich in vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. A variety of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and whole grains are incorporated to support overall health and weight management. We also focus on natural detox strategies to regulate metabolism and support digestion, such as consuming fiber-rich foods and using herbs to eliminate toxins (ama).

Integrating Ayurvedic and naturopathy principles through holistic approaches, we emphasize adopting daily routines (Dinacharya) such as morning activities, eating meals at regular times, staying hydrated, and getting adequate sleep.
